Description

Introduction
B-lymphocyte antigen CD19 also known as CD19 (Cluster of Differentiation 19), is a protein that in humans is encoded by the CD19 gene. It is found on the surface of B-cells, a type of white blood cell. Lymphocytes proliferate and differentiate in response to various concentrations of different antigens. The ability of the B cell to respond in a specific, yet sensitive manner to the various antigens is achieved with the use of low-affinity antigen receptors. This gene encodes a cell surface molecule that assembles with the antigen receptor of B lymphocytes in order to decrease the threshold for antigen receptor-dependent stimulation.

PA001065-B0412: CD19 (Ab-531) Polyclonal Antibody

Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody.
Specificity/Sensitivity: CD19 (Ab-531) antibody detects endogenous levels of total CD19 protein.
Applications: WB: 1:500~1:1000 ELISA: 1:4000.
Reactivity: Human, Mouse.
Immunogen: The antiserum was produced against synthesized non-phosphopeptide derived from human CD19 around the phosphorylation site of tyrosine 531 (D-S-YP-E-N).
Purification: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
Form of Antibody: Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.

Storage/Stability: Stable for 1 year at -20°C and 3 months at 4°C. For maximum recovery of the product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and before removing the cap. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
