BP004622: Human CD300A Protein with the C-His Tag
Source: The recombinant Human CD300A Protein, (amino acids Leu18-Pro180) fused with a His tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Human CD300A protein with the His tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 18.7 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 48-60 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human CD300A protein with the C-His tag at 0.5 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Anti-CD300A Antibody protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 34.4 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
