BP004317: Human CD96/TACTILE Protein with the C-His Tag
Source: The recombinant Human CD96/TACTILE Protein, (amino acids Val22-Met503) fused with a His tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Human CD96/TACTILE protein with the His tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 54.7 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 115-130 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Anti-CD96 Antibody protein with the C-His tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human CD96 protein with the C-His tag with the EC50 of 28.8 ng/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test). The affinity constant of 0.958 uM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human CD96/TACTILE Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.

Activity:Immobilized recombinant Human CD96 protein with the C-mFc tag at 5 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human CD155 protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 0.21 ug/ml determined by ELISA.
