BP004469: Biotinylated Human Siglec-4a/MAG Protein with the C-His-Avi Tag
Source: The recombinant Biotinylated Human Siglec-4a/MAG Protein, (amino acids Gly20-Pro516) fused with a His-Avi tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Biotinylated Human Siglec-4a/MAG protein with the His-Avi tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 57.6 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 78-85 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Anti-Siglec-4a Antibody protein with the C-His-Avi tag at 2 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Biotinylated Human Siglec-4a protein with the C-His tag with the EC50 of 31.1 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Biotinylated Human Siglec-4a/MAG Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
Shipping: The recombinant Biotinylated Human Siglec-4a/MAG Protein is shipped with ice pack. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the temperature recommended below.
Stability & Storage: Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
