BP004094: Biotinylated Human IL-22R alpha 1&IL-10R beta Protein with the C-hFc-Avi Tag
Source: The recombinant Biotinylated Human IL-22R alpha 1&IL-10R beta Protein, (amino acids His16-Thr228(IL-22R alpha 1) & Met20-Ser220(IL-10R beta)) fused with a hFc-Avi tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Biotinylated Human IL-22R alpha 1&IL-10R beta protein with the hFc-Avi tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 52.07 kDa (IL-22R alpha 1) and 48.85 kDa (IL-10R beta). Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 68-75 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human IL-22 protein with the C-hFc-Avi tag at 5 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Biotinylated Human IL-22R alpha1&IL-10R beta protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 1.36 ug/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Biotinylated Human IL-22R alpha 1&IL-10R beta Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
Shipping: The recombinant Biotinylated Human IL-22R alpha 1&IL-10R beta Protein is shipped with ice pack. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the temperature recommended below.
Stability & Storage: Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
