BP003480: Biotinylated Human Alkaline Phosphatase (Germ type) /ALPG Protein with the C-His-Avi Tag
Source: The recombinant Biotinylated Human Alkaline Phosphatase (Germ type) /ALPG Protein, (amino acids Ile20-Asp503) fused with a His-Avi tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Biotinylated Human Alkaline Phosphatase (Germ type) /ALPG protein with the His-Avi tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 55.48 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 56-70 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Anti-Alkaline Phosphatase Antibody protein with the C-His-Avi tag at 0.5 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Biotinylated Human Alkaline Phosphatase (Germ type) protein with the C-His tag with the EC50 of 23.4 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Biotinylated Human Alkaline Phosphatase (Germ type) /ALPG Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
