Background
BCL10 was found to be expressed as a transcript of 4.2 kb in all normal and malignant tissues examined.It contains a CARD (caspase recruiting domain) domain and is involved in activation of caspase9 to induce apoptosis. It is known to induce activation of JNK, p38 and NF kappaB. Mutations in Bcl10 are observed in many B and T cell lymphomas implicating its role in pathogenesis of human cancer.

Form of Antibody: Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
Storage/Stability: Stable for 1 year at -20°C and 3 months at 4°C. For maximum recovery of the product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and before removing the cap. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
