Description

BP004785: Human CD161 Protein with the C-His Tag

Source: The recombinant Human CD161 Protein, (amino acids Gln67-Ser225) fused with a His tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Human CD161 protein with the His tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 19.6 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 38-45 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human CD161 protein with the C-His tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Anti-CD161 Antibody protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 11.4 ng/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test). The affinity constant of 78.8 nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human CD161 Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.

BP004552: Human CD161 Protein with the C-hFc Tag

Source: The recombinant Human CD161 Protein, (amino acids Gln67-Ser225) fused with a hFc tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Human CD161 protein with the hFc tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 45.2 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 65-68 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human CD161 protein with the C-hFc tag at 0.5 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Biotinylated Anti-CD161 Antibody protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 24.3 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
