Source: The anti-mouse TIGIT monoclonal antibody (clone: 1F4) was produced in mammalian cells.
Specificity/Sensitivity: The in vivo grade recombinant mouse monoclonal antibody (clone: 1F4) specifically binds to the mouse TIGIT protein.
Applications: ELISA, flow cytometry, neutralization, functional assays such as bioanalytical PK and ADA assays, and those assays for studying biological pathways affected by the mouse TIGIT protein. 
Form of Antibody: 0.2 uM filtered solution, pH 7.4, no stabilizers or preservatives.
Endotoxin: < 1 EU per 1 mg of the protein by the LAL method.

Background

The 1F4 antibody binds to the TIGIT protein (WUCAM, Vstm3 or VSIG9), a novel immune checkpoint receptor with inhibitory function. TIGIT is expressed on T cells and natural killer (NK) cells, and several human cancers, including melanoma, NSCLC, and colorectal cancer. Similar to PD-1, the TIGIT receptor limits antitumor immune response in cancer.
