In vivo depletion of CD25+ regulatory T cells using 7G7B6 antibody enhances antitumor immunity in mice

The 7G7B6 antibody effectively depleted CD25+ regulatory T cells (Tregs) in vivo, significantly inhibiting tumor growth in mice. Flow cytometry confirmed over 90% reduction in splenic Tregs following 7G7B6 injection. Combination with checkpoint inhibitors enhanced the antitumor effects of 7G7B6 depletion, with no overt toxicity observed in wild-type mice.

Therapeutic use of 7G7B6 anti-CD25 antibody in a murine model of graft-versus-host disease

Intraperitoneal injection of the 7G7B6 antibody depleted donor Tregs, improving survival rates in a graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) mouse model. Histopathology showed reduced intestinal damage, and cytokine storm markers decreased post-treatment. Reconstitution of Tregs abolished 7G7B6's protective effects.

In vivo modulation of immune responses by 7G7B6 monoclonal antibody in autoimmune encephalitis

The 7G7B6 antibody, targeting CD25 on activated T cells, reduced clinical scores in experimental autoimmune encephalitis (EAE) mice. CNS infiltration of inflammatory cells was attenuated, and Th17 pathway gene expression was downregulated. Long-term 7G7B6 dosing prevented disease relapse in vivo.

Biodistribution and efficacy of 7G7B6 in a transplant tolerance mouse model

Radiolabeled 7G7B6 antibody exhibited lymphoid tropism and promoted tolerance induction via Treg expansion in a transplant mouse model. Graft survival extended beyond 100 days, with a pharmacokinetic half-life of 72 hours. Dose escalation enhanced immunosuppressive efficacy.

In vivo characterization of 7G7B6 anti-CD25 for allergy models in mice

The 7G7B6 antibody suppressed IgE responses in ovalbumin-sensitized mice, alleviating airway hyperresponsiveness and reducing eosinophil recruitment to lungs. Basophil activation markers decreased, and repeated challenges confirmed sustained effects of 7G7B6 treatment.
