Specificity/Sensitivity: Recognize phosphorylated Akt1 on serine 473. Not cross-react with the non-phosphorylated form of Akt.
Applications: ELISA (0.25 ug/mL), WB (0.25-1 ug/ml).
Immunogen: synthetic phosphor-peptide based on human Akt1 (465-479 aa), KLH conjugates.
Purification: Affinity purified with hospho-peptide on Agarose and affinity adsorption with non-phosphopeptide of the same sequence.
Form of Antibody: 250 ug/mL in stabilizing buffer, 50% glycerol.
Storage/Stability: Stable for 1 year at -20°C and 3 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of the product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and before removing the cap. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
