Specificity/Sensitivity: Recognize phosphorylated Akt on serine 473. Not cross-react with the non-phosphorylated Akt.
Applications: ELISA (0.25 ug/mL), WB (1 ug/ml), and IP (10 ug/2 mg crude protein).
Immunogen: synthetic peptide (pS-473) based on human Akt1, KLH conjugates.
Purification: phospho-peptide affinity chromatography followed by affinity absorption with non-phosphopeptide.
Form of Antibody: 250 ug/mL in PBS 50% glycerol.
Storage/Stability: Stable for 1 year at -20°C and 3 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of the product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and before removing the cap. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
