BP004364: Human AXL Protein with the C-His Tag
Source: The recombinant Human AXL Protein, (amino acids Glu33-Ser442) fused with a His tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Human AXL protein with the His tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 45.4 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 65-75 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human AXL protein with the C-His tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Anti-AXL Antibody protein with the C-hFc Tag with the EC50 of 10.0 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human AXL Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.

Molecular Weight:The recombinant Human AXL protein with the hFc tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 72.6 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 80-110 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human GAS6 protein with the C-hFc tag at 5 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human AXL protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 2.6 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
