Introduction
AIF1L is a cytoplasmic, cytokine-induced, calcium-binding protein which was discovered in rat cardiac allografts with chronic rejection. AIF1L protein is a marker of human microglia and is expressed by macrophages in injured skeletal muscle and regulates reduced proliferation and differentiation of satellite cells.

A single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 170 amino acids (1-150a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 19.2 kDa.

Formulation: The AIF1L protein solution (1 ug/ml) is formulated in 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0) 1 mM DTT, 0.1 mM NaCl and 20% glycerol.
