Background
Affinity purified rabbit ployclonal anti-acetylated lysine antibodies. Developed using a unique technique that utilize the acetylated KLH as immunogen and the acetylated lysine-specific antibodies were specifically purified with immobilized acetylated lysine on agarose.

Specificity/Sensitivity: Recognize proteins acetylated on lysine residues. Tested acetylated histone, acetylated BSA, and acetylated MBP, no reaction to the non-acetylated proteins.

Purification: Acetyl-lysine on Agarose.
Form of Antibody: 250 ug/mL in PBS, 50% Glycerol.
Storage/Stability: Stable for 1 year at -20°C and 3 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of the product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and before removing the cap. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
