Two choices of rabbit polyclonal antibody production protocols:
Standard protocol: producing rabbit antisera with polyclonal antibodies specific to your antigen in 84 days once the antigen is available.

Description:
BS0014-1: $450 for a standard 84-day immunization (2 rabbits) program following the standard protocol.
BS0014-7: $600 for a fast 28-day immunization (2 rabbits) program following the fast protocol.
Ten mg of peptide (purity > 85%, length > 12 amino acids) or 4 mg soluble protein (concentration > 0.4 mg/ml, purity > 90%, molecular weight > 20 kDa) is required for immunization, and additional 5 mg for antigen affinity purification.
Syd Labs will deliver 1 ml of pre-immune serum, 60-100 ml (10 ml for BS0014-6) of antisera, remaining antigens, and ELISA results.
