Recombinant Human Zinc finger CCHC domain containing 17 (ZCCHC17) protein is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Purity: > 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: The ZCCHC17 protein solution (0.25 mg/ml) is formulated in 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 100 mM NaCl, 2 mM DTT, 0.1 mM PMSF and 20% glycerol.
