Introduction
YEATS Domain Containing 4 (YEATS4) has a high sequence homology to the human MLLT1, and yeast and human MLLT3 proteins. MLLT1 and MLLT3 proteins, both belong to a group of transcription factors, which indicates that YEATS might also represent a transcription factor. YEATS is believed to be necessary for RNA transcription. The YEATS gene has been shown to be amplified in tumors.

Recombinant Human YEATS Domain Containing 4 (YEATS4) Protein is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Purity: > 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: YEATS4 protein solution (0.5 mg/ml) containing 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 30% glycerol, 2 mM DTT,0.2 M NaCl and 0.1 mM PMSF.
