BP005767: Cynomolgus MSLN/Mesothelin Protein with the C-His Tag
Source: The recombinant Cynomolgus MSLN/Mesothelin Protein, (amino acids Asp306-Gly590) fused with a His tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Cynomolgus MSLN/Mesothelin protein with the His tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 33 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 35-50 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Cynomolgus MSLN protein with the C-His tag at 0.2 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Anti-MSLN Antibody protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 14.1 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Cynomolgus MSLN/Mesothelin Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.

Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human CA125 protein with the C-hFc tag at 5 ug/ml (100 ul/Well). Dose response curve for the recombinant Cynomolgus MSLN protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 4.8 ug/ml determined by ELISA.
