Background
VEGFR1, also known as FMS-related tyrosine kinase 1(FLT1). Oncogene FLT belongs to the src gene family and is related to oncogene ROS . Like other members of this family, it shows tyrosine protein kinase activity that is important for the control of cell proliferation and differentiation. FLT is mapped to 13q12. VEGF receptor 1 signaling is essential for osteoclast development and bone marrow formation in colony-stimulating factor 1-deficient mice.

Applications: WB 0.1-0.5 ug/ml.
Reactivity: Rat.
Immunogen: A synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence at the N-terminal of rat FLT1.
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified.
Form of Antibody: Lyophilized. Each vial contains 5mg BSA, 0.9mg NaCl, 0.2mg Na2HPO4, 0.05mg Thimerosal, 0.05mg NaN3.
Reconstitution: Add 0.2ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 ug/ml.
Isotype: Rabbit IgG.
Storage/Stability: Stable for 1 year at -20°C and 3 months at 4°C. For maximum recovery of the product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and before removing the cap. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
