Introduction
Ubiquitin D (UBD) is an ubiquitin-like modifier (UBL) of the ubiquitin protein family. UBD is an ubiquitin-like protein which can form covalent conjugates, thus targeting proteins for degradation by the 26S proteasome. It is assumed that, UBD has roles in regulation of cell cycle, innate immunity, and apoptosis. UBD is a TNF-a inducible ubiquitin-like protein with a presumed role in the immune response.

Recombinant Human UBD protein is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 188 amino acids (1-165 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 20.9kDa. Recombinant Human UBD protein is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Purity: >90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: UBD protein solution (0.25 mg/ml) containing 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 40% glycerol, 0.15 M NaCl and 1 mM DTT.
Shipping: The product is shipped with ice pack. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the temperature recommended below.
