Introduction
TXNDC17 is a disulfide reductase that takes part in several redox reactions using the reversible oxidation of its active center dithiol to a disulfide and catalyzes dithiol-disulfide exchange reactions. TXNDC17 has peroxidase activity and assists to eliminate cellular hydrogen peroxide.

Recombinant Human Thioredoxin domain containing 17 (TXNDC17) protein is fused to a 24 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Purity: > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: The TXNDC17 solution (1 mg/ml) contains 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 50 mM Nacl and 10% glycerol.
