Introduction
TUBG1 belongs to the tubulin superfamily. TUBG1 is localizes to the centrosome and binds to microtubules to create the gamma-tubulin ring complex. TUBG1 facilitates the microtubule nucleation and is essential for microtubule formation and progression of the cell cycle.

Recombinant Human Tubulin Gamma 1 (TUBG1) Protein is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Purity: > 85% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: TUBG1 protein solution (1 mg/ml) containing 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 1 M Urea, and 5% glycerol.
