TPRKB is a member of the CGI121/TPRKB family. TPRKB is localized to nucleus and cytoplasm and is ubiquitously expressed. TPRKB is known to cooperate with TP53RK/PRPK.

Recombinant Human TP53RK binding protein (TPRKB) is a single polypeptide chain containing 199 amino acids (1-175) and having a molecular mass of 22.2 kDa. Recombinant Human TP53RK binding protein (TPRKB) is fused to a 24 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Purity: > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: The TPRKB solution (0.5 mg/ml) contains 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 150 mM NaCl and 10% glycerol.
