Introduction
THYN1, is greatly conserved among vertebrates and plant types. TYHN1 takes part in the induction of apoptosis. THYN1 in the thymocytes was primarily found in the nucleus, as shown in lymphoma cells, demonstrating that the THYN1 is localized in the nucleus, regardless of the cyclic or resting stage of the cell cycle.

Recombinant Human Thymocyte Nuclear Protein 1 (THYN1) protein is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 245 amino acids (1-225a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 27.8 kDa. Recombinant Human Thymocyte Nuclear Protein 1 (THYN1) protein is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Purity: > 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: The THYN1 protein solution (0.5 mg/ml) is formulated in 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0) 1 mM DTT, 10 0mM NaCl and 20% glycerol.
