Recombinant Human Tissue Factor Pathway Inhibitor 2 (TFPI2) protein is a single polypeptide chain containing 79 amino acids and having a total molecular mass of 9.3 kDa. Recombinant Human Tissue Factor Pathway Inhibitor 2 (TFPI2) protein is fused to 6 x His Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Purity: > 97.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: Lyophilized from a concentrated (1 mg/ml) solution containing PBS pH 7.1.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized TFPI2 in sterile water & 50 ug/ml BSA at a concentration of 1 mg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Shipping: The product is shipped with ice pack. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the temperature recommended below.
Stability & Storage: Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
