Introduction
Transcription elongation factor A protein-like 1 (TCEAL1) is a member of the transcription elongation factor A (SII)-like (TCEAL) family, which may function as nuclear phosphoproteins that modulate transcription in a promoter context-dependent manner. TCEAL1 is involved in transcriptional regulation. TCEAL1 is expressed in all tissues, especially highly expressed in the heart, ovary, prostate and skeletal muscle.

Recombinant Human Transcription Elongation Factor A (SII)-Like 1 (TCEAL1) Protein fused with an 8 amino acid His tag at C-terminus is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 167 amino acids (1-159 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 19.7 kDa. Recombinant Human Transcription Elongation Factor A (SII)-Like 1 (TCEAL1) Protein is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Purity: > 90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: The TCEAL1 solution (1 mg/ml) contains 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 2 mM DTT, 20% glycerol and 0.1 M NaCl.
