Introduction
TATDN3 is a member of the great superfamily of metalloenzymes. TATDN3 binds 2 divalent metal cations per subunit.

A single polypeptide chain containing 320 amino acids (1-296) and having a molecular mass of 37.4 kDa. SULT1B1 is fused to a 24 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus.
Purity: > 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: The TATDN3 solution (0.5 mg/ml) contains 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 1 mM DTT, 200 mM NaCl and 20% glycerol.
