Introduction
Suppressor of fused homolog (SUFU) is a member of the SUFU family. SUFU is a negative regulator of the hedgehog signaling pathway. SUFU interacts with GLI1, GLI3 and PEX26. Defects in the SUFU gene are a cause of medulloblastoma.

Recombinant Human Suppressor of fused homolog (SUFU) Protein is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 504 amino acids (1-484 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 56.1 kDa. Recombinant Human Suppressor of fused homolog (SUFU) Protein is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Purity: > 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: SUFU protein solution (0.5 mg/ml) containing 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 20 mM DTT, 10% glycerol and 50 mM NaCl.
