SPIN1 is a member of the SPIN/STSY family. SPIN1 is localized to nucleus, and expressed in several tissues and cells. SPIN1 takes part in cell-cycle regulation in the course of the transition from gamete to embryo.

Recombinant Human Spindlin-1 (SPIN1) Protein is a single polypeptide chain containing 285 amino acids (1-262) and having a molecular mass of 32.0 kDa. Recombinant Human Spindlin-1 (SPIN1) Protein is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Purity: > 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: The SPIN1 solution (0.25 mg/ml) contains 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 150 mM NaCl and 20% glycerol.
