Introduction
SNRPE facilitates the cytoplasmic construction of the UsnRNPs by binding to a conserved Sm site on UsnRNA and forming a stable snRNP core complex. While a core protein to UsnRNP, the SNRPE connects with the entire U family of snRNAs including U1?U6. In addition, SNRPE interacts with DDX20 and Small nuclear ribonucleoprotein polypeptide F.

Recombinant Human Small Nuclear Ribonucleoprotein Polypeptide E (SNRPE) protein fused with a 20 amino acid His tag at N-terminus is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 112 amino acids (1-92 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 12.9 kDa. Recombinant Human Small Nuclear Ribonucleoprotein Polypeptide E (SNRPE) protein is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Purity: > 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: The SNRPE solution (0.25 mg/ml) contains 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 0.2 M NaCl, 5 mM DTT, 1 mM EDTA and 30% glycerol.
