Introduction
SNRPD1 is a small nuclear ribonucleoprotein which is a member of the SNRNP core protein family. SNRPD1 may act as a charged protein scaffold to stimulate SNRNP assembly or strengthen SNRNP-SNRNP interactions via nonspecific electrostatic contacts with RNA. In the autoimmune disease systemic lupus erythematosus, antinuclear antibodies are developed with Sm specificity.

Recombinant Human Small Nuclear Ribonucleoprotein Polypeptide D1 (SNRPD1) protein is expressed with a -6x His tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Purity: > 80.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: SNRPD1 is supplied in 20 mM HEPES buffer pH 7.6, 250 mM NaCl and 20% glycerol.
