Recombinant Human Small Nuclear Ribonucleoprotein Polypeptide (SNRPD) protein is a mixed protein complex containing the SNRPD1 (14,306 Dalton), SNRPD2 (14,773 Dalton) and SNRPD3 (14,739 Dalton) proteins. Each protein (SNRPD1+ SNRPD2+ SNRPD3) is individually fused to a -6xHis tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Purity: > 80.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: SNRPD is supplied in 20 mM HEPES buffer pH 7.6, 250 mM NaCl and 20% glycerol.
Shipping: The product is shipped with ice pack. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the temperature recommended below.
Stability & Storage: Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
