Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody.
Specificity/Sensitivity: Smad3 (Ab-179) antibody detects endogenous levels of total Smad3 protein.
Applications: WB: 1:500~1:1000 ELISA: 1:10000.
Reactivity: Human, Mouse, Rat.
Immunogen: The antiserum was produced against synthesized non-phosphopeptide derived from human Smad3 around the phosphorylation site of threonine 179 (P-E-TP-P-P).
Purification: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
Form of Antibody: Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
Storage/Stability: Stable for 1 year at -20°C and 3 months at 4°C. For maximum recovery of the product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and before removing the cap. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
