BP005609: Biotinylated Human PDGF R alpha/PDGFRA Protein with the C-His-Avi Tag
Source: The recombinant Biotinylated Human PDGF R alpha/PDGFRA Protein, (amino acids Gln24-Glu524) fused with a His-Avi tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Biotinylated Human PDGF R alpha/PDGFRA protein with the His-Avi tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 59.2 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 70-83 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Anti-PDGF R alpha Antibody protein with the C-His-Avi tag T at 2 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Biotinylated Human PDGF R alpha protein with the C-His tag with the EC50 of 0.16 ug/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Biotinylated Human PDGF R alpha/PDGFRA Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
