Introduction
Signaling Threshold-Regulating Transmembrane Adapter 1 (SIT1) is a single-pass type I membrane protein and specifically expressed in T- and B-cells. SIT1 interacts with PTPN11/SHP2, GRB2 and CSK, when it is phosphorylated. SIT1 negatively regulates TCR (T-cell antigen receptor)-mediated signaling in T-cell. In addition, SIT1 is involved in positive selection of T-cells.
BP001755-PRO-928: Recombinant Human Signaling Threshold-Regulating Transmembrane Adapter 1 (SIT1) Protein
Source: E. coli-?derived.
Recombinant Human Signaling Threshold-Regulating Transmembrane Adapter 1 (SIT1) Protein is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 156 amino acids (62-196 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 16.9 kDa (Molecular weight on SDS-PAGE will appear higher). SIT1 is fused to a 21 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
