Introduction
SDSL belongs to the serine/threonine dehydratase family and function as a serinespecific dehydratase. SDSL utilizes pyridoxal phosphate and is one of three key enzymes which take part in the metabolism of Glycine and serine.

Source: E. coli-derived.
A single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 353 amino acids (1-329) and having a molecular mass of 37.3 kDa. SDSL is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus.
Purity: > 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: The SDSL solution (0.5 mg/ml) contains 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 2 mM DTT, 0.1 M NaCl and 10% glycerol.
