Introduction
Stem Cell Factor (SCF) is a hematopoietic growth factor that exerts its activity at the early stages of hematopoiesis. SCF stimulates the proliferation of myeloid, erythroid, and lymphoid progenitors in bone marrow cultures and has been shown to act synergistically with colony stimulating factors.

A single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 165 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 18409 Dalton.

Formulation: Lyophilized from a concentrated (1 ug/ml) solution in water containing 0.02% NaHCO3.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Stem Cell Factor in sterile 18 M?-cm H2O not less than 100 ug/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Shipping: The product is shipped at ambient temperature. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the temperature recommended below.
Stability & Storage: Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
