Recombinant Human S100A7A is manufactured with N-terminal fusion of 9 amino acids His Tag. The S100A7A His -Tagged Fusion Protein is a 12.3 kDa protein containing 109 amino acid residues and 9 additional amino acid residues - His Tag (underlined).
Applications: Western blotting.
Purity: > 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: Filtered and lyophilized from 0.5 mg/ml in 20 mM Tris buffer and 50 mM NaCl pH-7.5.
Reconstitution: Add pyrogen free water to a working concentration of 0.5 mg/ml and let the lyophilized pellet dissolve completely. Product is not sterile! Please filter the product by an appropriate sterile filter before using it in the cell culture.
Shipping: The product is shipped with ice pack. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the temperature recommended below.
Stability & Storage: Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
