Introduction
S100A12 belongs to the S100 family of proteins containing 2 EF-hand calcium-binding motifs. S100 family members are localized in the cytoplasm and/or nucleus of a wide range of cells, and are involved in the regulation of a number of cellular processes such as cell cycle progression and differentiation. S100A12 may be involved in specific calcium-dependent signal transduction pathways and its regulatory effect on cytoskeletal components may modulate various neutrophil activities.

Recombinant Human S100A12 has a molecular mass of 11.63 kDa containing 101 amino acid residues of the human S100A12 and fused to a 10 a.a. His tag at N-terminus.
Applications: Western blotting.
Formulation: S100A12 was filtered (0.4 um) and lyophilized in 0.5 mg/ml in 20 mM Tris and 50 mM NaCl, pH 7.5.
Reconstitution: It is recomended to add deionized water to prepare a working stock solution of approximately 0.5 mg/ml and let the lyophilized pellet dissolve completely. Product is not sterile! Please filter the product by an appropriate sterile filter before using it in the cell culture.

Shipping: The product is shipped with ice pack. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the temperature recommended below.
Stability & Storage: Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
