Introduction
RQCD1 is a novel transcriptional cofactor which mediates retinoic acid-induced cell differentiation. RQCD1 down-regulates MYB- and JUN-dependent transcription and may have a role in cell differentiation. RQCD1 also has a role in retinoic acid-controlled lung development.

Recombinant Human RCD1 Required for Cell Differentiation1 (RQCD1) Protein fused with a 20 amino acid His tag at N-terminus is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 319 amino acids (1-299 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 35.7 kDa. Recombinant Human RCD1 Required for Cell Differentiation1 (RQCD1) Protein is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Purity: > 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: The RQCD1 solution (1 mg/ml) contains 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 0.1 M NaCl, 1 mM DTT and 10% glycerol.
