Introduction
Rho-related GTP-binding protein RhoB (RhoB) belongs to the Rho GTP-binding protein family. RhoB facilitates apoptosis in neoplastically transformed cells after DNA damage. RhoB has a negative role in tumorigenesis since deletion causes tumor formation.

Recombinant Human RHOB protein is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 213 amino acids (1-193 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 23.9 kDa (Molecular weight on SDS-PAGE will appear higher). RHOB protein is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Purity: > 90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: RHOB protein solution (0.25 mg/ml) containing 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 2 mM DTT, 20% glycerol and 0.2 mM NaCl.
