Introduction
RERG is a 199 amino acid protein which localizes in the cytoplasm and is a member of the Ras subfamily of small GTPases. RERG is expressed in the pancreas, liver, skin, lung, brain, kidney and heart tissue. RERG is a vital mediator of diverse cell signaling pathways, including those leading to cell proliferation, cytoskeletal organization and secretion.

Recombinant human Ras-related and estrogen-regulated growth inhibitor (RERG) Protein fused with a 20 amino acid His tag at N-terminus is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 219 amino acids (1-199 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 24.7 kDa (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear higher). Recombinant human Ras-related and estrogen-regulated growth inhibitor (RERG) Protein is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Purity: > 85.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: The RERG solution (0.25 mg/ml) contains 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 0.2 M NaCl, 5 mM DTT and 50% glycerol.
