Introduction
RBBP9, restricts to the nucleus and cytoplasm, is a retinoblastoma binding protein which takes part in the regulation of cell proliferation and differentiation. RBBP9 cooperates with retinoblastoma (Rb) and offers cellular resistance to the growth-inhibitory effects of TGFbeta1, therefore enabling the cellular transformation process.

Recombinant Human RBBP9 protein is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 206 amino acids (1-186 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 23.1 kDa. RBBP9 protein is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Purity: > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: RBBP9 protein solution (0.5 mg/ml) containing 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0), 100 mM NaCl, 1 mM DTT and 10% glycerol.
