Recombinant human RAB Interacting Factor (RABIF) Protein is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 143 amino acids (1-123 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 16 kDa. Recombinant human RAB Interacting Factor (RABIF) Protein is fused to an 20 amino acid His Tag at N-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Purity: > 85% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: The RABIF 0.5 mg/ml protein solution contains 20 mM Tris-HCl pH-8, 1 mM DTT, 0.1 M NaCl and 20% glycerol.
