Introduction
Rab2B is a member of the small GTPase superfamily, whose members are nontransforming monomeric GTP-binding proteins of the Ras superfamily and contain 4 highly conserved regions involved in GTP binding and hydrolysis. Rab proteins are prenylated, membrane-bound proteins engaged in vesicular fusion and trafficking.

Recombinant Human RAB2B protein is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 240 amino acids (1-216 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 26.8 kDa. RAB2B protein is fused to a 24 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Purity: > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: RAB2B protein solution (1 mg/ml) containing 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 10% glycerol, 1 mM DTT and 0.15 M NaCl.
