Introduction
Ras-related protein Rab-22A (RAB22A) belongs to the RAB family of small GTPases. The GTP-bound form of the RAB22A interacts with early-endosomal antigen 1, and may be involved in the transferring of and interaction between endosomal compartments.

Recombinant Human RAB22A protein is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 214 amino acids (1-194 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 24 kDa. RAB22A protein is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Purity: > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: RAB22A protein solution (0.25 mg/ml) containing 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0), 40% glycerol and 0.1 M NaCl.
