Introduction
RAB1A belongs to the ras-related superfamily. Rab proteins have a central part in either in endocytosis or in biosynthetic protein transport. Rab1a protein controls vesicle traffic from the endoplasmic reticulum to the Golgi apparatus.

Recombinant Human RAB1A protein is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 225 amino acids (1-205.a.a) and having a molecular mass of 24.8 kDa. RAB1A protein is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Purity: > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: The RAB1A protein solution (0.5 mg/ml) is formulated in 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0), 0.1 M NaCl, 1 mM DTT and 20% glycerol.
Shipping: The product is shipped with ice pack. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the temperature recommended below.
