Introduction
RAB18 belongs to a family of Ras-related small GTPase which is lipid-anchored to the cytoplasmic side of the cell membrane. RAB18 takes part in apical recycling, endocytosis and protein transport between early endosomes and the plasma membrane.

Recombinant Human RAB18 protein is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 221 amino acids (1-206) and having a molecular mass of 24.5 kDa. RAB18 protein is fused to a 15 amino acid T7-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Purity: > 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: The RAB18 solution (1 mg/ml) contains 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 7.5) and 1 mM DTT.
