Introduction
RAB17 is a member of the small GTPase superfamily which are found in several intracellular compartments and have a significant regulatory part in membrane trafficking. RAB17 regulates traffic through the apical recycling endosome, which indicates that RAB17 has a role in polarized arrangement in epithelial cells.

Recombinant Human RAB17 protein is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 232 amino acids (1-212) and having a molecular mass of 25.6 kDa. The RAB17 protein is fused to a 20 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Purity: > 90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: RAB17 protein 0.5 mg/ml is supplied in 20 mM Tris-HCL, pH-8, 0.1 M NaCl, 1 mM DTT and 30% Glycerol.
